At the Women’s Connection in Houston, our faith-based approach to homeless assistance and housing programs is designed to support every need of the individuals we work with. We believe that true healing requires a balanced approach to wellness, and focus our homeless assistance efforts on encouraging healthy lifestyle foundations and goal-oriented change.

Instead of providing temporary housing assistance or homeless resources that only manage superficial issues, we take the time to evaluate living conditions, understand the entire situation, and provide faith-based homeless help that leads to lasting quality of life improvements. Before getting started with our housing programs or homeless assistance, we reach out to our clients in their safe environment. By approaching our youth girls and women in a comfortable atmosphere free of judgment, we’re able to get to the root of issues and provide homeless help that’s focused on solving underlying problems.

Our mission of providing immersive help for homeless single mothers in Houston, Texas is founded on faith-based generosity. By sharing love, joy, peace, and kindness as we help to reduce the struggles of young mothers, we hope that our housing assistance program encourages healthy change that lasts a lifetime.

Many of our residential programs for single mothers operate in tandem with our other homeless women resources. Since we have broad connections within the Houston, Texas community, we are well-prepared to provide a range of personalized accommodations that increase our client’s chances of overcoming their struggles with poverty or homelessness. Our volunteers, community members, and Women’s Connection staff truly care and will use every tool at our disposal to create lasting change that goes beyond temporary housing assistance or a single warm meal.
