At Women Connection Inc., we understand that securing consistent employment is essential for creating a stable and fulfilling life. That's why we are proud to partner with WorkFaith, a faith-based organization dedicated to helping women navigate the path to successful employment.
Through our collaboration, we provide women with the tools and support they need to effectively land a job. Our partnership focuses on offering comprehensive resources, including interview guidance and ongoing support. Together, we deliver faith-based training and coaching aimed at fostering long-term employment for those who seek it.
Women that participate in the Women Connection Inc transitional living Program or Engaging Women /Teen on their Own Turf this is a mandatory class.

The Services Include:
1. **Job Search Accelerator**: If you're currently unemployed and have had difficulty finding work, our 5-day Job Search Accelerator program is designed for you. It combines spiritual support with essential workforce training, equipping you with the skills necessary to achieve lasting success in your job search.
2. **Coaching Sessions**: Join our 90-minute group coaching sessions to enhance your professional growth and increase your competitiveness in the job market. These workshops provide invaluable insights and strategies for advancement.
3. **WorkFaith Academy**: Participate in a 90-minute workshop that will equip you with the leadership and soft skills required to progress in your career. This focused training will empower you to excel in any workplace environment.
4. **Impact Certification**: Our 6-hour certification program integrates biblical principles with best practices from the job market. It aims to bolster your soft skills, paving the way for sustainable employment opportunities.
